and ICS Staffing Canada are pleased to introduce new packaged product called the EXCLUSIVE CARE PROGRAM (ECP) designed to cater to the needs of international market. Exclusively designed for the dependents of Filipino overseas and migrant workers, said product could not be offered
locally. Subscription shall be made by the sponsor/ payor for the dependents residing in the Philippines for whom all the benefits shall be accorded to.

SUMMARY OF PLAN BENEFITS

1. Inpatient Benefits
a. No-deposit access to any of the IWC-accredited 314 hospitals
nationwide
b. Daily hospitalization benefit with maximum aggregate yearly
benefit
2. Outpatient Benefits Coverage that can be availed in any IWC
Accredited Providers nationwide up to the maximum coverage per
year
3. Outpatient Benefits that can be availed of in any of the IWC-owned
clinics:
a. Unlimited free consultation for the member and his qualified
dependents
b. Upon referral by the in-house/clinic physician, members are
entitled to:
- free laboratory procedures (consisting of Complete Blood
Count or CBC, Routine Urinalysis, Fecalysis);
- free diagnostic procedures (ECG, Chest X-ray)
4. Dental Care Benefit
5. Annual Physical Exam (APE)
6. Life Insurance Benefit
7. Accidental Death & Dismemberment Benefit (AD&D)
